摘要
新型氟化盐加料车是电解铝生产的一种辅助生产设备,其主要用途是将氟化盐从氧化铝或氟化盐仓库运送到电解车间,并将料加到电解槽上的料箱内。本项目主要介绍了氟化盐加料车PLC控制系统的选型及设计工作。在结构及功能上进行了创新,以满足氟化盐加料车系统的发展要求,同时注重环保问题,在消除粉尘,降低噪声等方面进行不断的改进,保证设备运行平稳及高效、环保、节能的需要,以替代进口设备。
New type of fluoride salt feeding vehicle is an auxiliary production equipment of electrolytic aluminum production.It carries the fluoride salt from alumia or fluoride salt warehouse to potroom and feed in electrol yser.This project is mainly introduced the model selection and design of fluoride salt feeding vehicle PLC control system.The structure and function have been innovated to meet the requirements of the development of the salt charging car system,at the same time,environmental problems have been paid more attention,such as removing dust,eliminating noise,etc.The continuous improvement has carried on to ensure the equipment running smoothly and to meet the needs of high efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving,and then to realize the goal of replacing imported equipment.
