价值链重构、产业链整合与休闲农业发展——基于供给侧改革视角

Value Chain Reconstruction,Industrial Chain Integration and Leisure Agriculture Development:From the View of Supply-side Reform

近年来休闲农业在我国发展势头迅猛,但与发达国家相比,仍存在诸多亟待解决的问题。利用江苏省四市584份消费者调查问卷和12份休闲农业经营单位访谈、调查数据,指出休闲农业市场存在供需失衡与错位问题。基于产业经济学相关理论,提出了休闲农业价值链重构、产业链整合的思路与策略。最后从供给侧改革视角提出政府在发展休闲农业过程中应发挥整合、引导和扶持作用,并提出了相关的政策建议。

Leisure agriculture in China is booming in recent years,but compared with developed countries,there are still many problems to be solved. Using the data of 584 consumer questionnaire and interview of 12 leisure agriculture businesses in four cities of Jiangsu Province,this paper points out the supply and demand imbalances and dislocation problems in the leisure agriculture market. Based on relevant theories of industry economics,it puts forward ideas and strategies of value chain reconstruction,industry chain integration in leisure agriculture. From the perspective of supply- side reform,it proposes that the government should play a role of integration,guidance and support in the process of developing leisure agriculture,and also presents relevant policy suggestions.
