归肾丸加减联合耳穴贴压对月经过少患者血清性激素水平的影响

Effects of Shengui pill combined with auricular acupuncture on serum sex hormone in patients with hypomenorrhea

目的观察归肾丸加减联合耳穴贴压对月经过少患者血清性激素水平的影响。方法将81例月经过少患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例予归肾丸加减联合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组41例予戊酸雌二醇联合黄体酮胶丸治疗。2组均治疗3个月经周期后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)及催乳激素(PRL)。结果治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率78.05%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后FSH、LH、PRL水平均高于本组治疗前(P<0.05),E_2水平低于本组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后FSH、LH、PRL水平均高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05),E_2水平低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论归肾丸加减联合耳穴贴压治疗月经过少疗效确切,并能改善患者血清性激素水平。

Objective To observe the effects of Shengui pill combined with auricular acupuncture on serum sex hormone in patients with hypomenorrhea. Methods 81 patients with hypomenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in treatment group were treated by Shengui pill combined with auricular acupuncture,41 cases in control group were treated by estradiol valerate combined with progesterone capsule. The curative effect was evaluated after three menstrual cycles in two groups. The follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH）,luteinizing hormone（ LH）,estradiol（ E_2） and prolactin（ PRL） before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（ 95. 00%） was superior to that in control group（ 78. 05%,P〈0. 05）. The FSH,LH and PRL after treatment were increased in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the E_2 was decreased（ P〈0. 05）. The FSH,LH and PRL after treatment in treatment group were higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the E_2 was lower（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shengui pill combined with auricular acupuncture has exact effects on hypomenorrhea,can effectively improve the serum sex hormone.
