芪甲利肺胶囊治疗耐多药结核病临床观察

Clinical observation of Qijia- lifei capsule on the treatment of multi- drug resistant tuberculosis

目的观察芪甲利肺胶囊治疗耐多药结核病(MDR-TB)的临床疗效。方法将101例MDR-TB患者随机分为2组。治疗组51例在常规西药治疗基础上加用芪甲利肺胶囊治疗,对照组50例予常规西药治疗。2组共治疗18个月。观察2组治疗后痰菌阴转情况、病灶吸收与空洞闭合情况、症状改善情况及不良反应。结果治疗组治疗3、6、9、18个月痰菌阴转率、症状改善率均高于对照组治疗同期(P<0.05),治疗组促进痰菌阴转作用、疗效均优于对照组。治疗组治疗后病灶显著吸收率、空洞闭合率均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组促进病灶吸收情况、空洞闭合情况均优于对照组。结论常规西药治疗基础上加用芪甲利肺胶囊治疗MDR-TB,具有良好的辅助治疗作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qijia- lifei capsule on the treatment of multi- drug resistant tuberculosis（ MDR- TB）. Methods 101 patients with MDR- TB were randomly divided into two groups.51 cases in treatment group were treated by Qijia- lifei capsule on the basis of routine western treatment,and 50 cases in control group were treated by routine western treatment,continuously treatment for 18 months. The conditions of sputum negative conversion,foci absorption and cavity closure,the symptoms improvements and adverse reaction after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The sputum negative conversion rate and symptom improvement rate 3,6,9,18 months after treatment in treatment group were higher than those in control group at the same period（ P〈0. 05）,the acceleration of sputum negative conversion and curative effects in treatment group were superior to those in control group. The foci significant absorption rate and cavity closure rate after treatment in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Qijia- lifei capsule combined with routine western treatment has satisfied therapeutic effects on the treatment of MDR- TB.
