现代教育理念背景下独立院校体育教师综合素质发展体系的研究

Research on the Development System of PE Teachers' Comprehensive Quality in Independent Colleges and Universities under the Background of Modern Educational Theory

21世纪高校教育要培养出高素质、全面发展的复合型人才,就必须对高校教师综合素质提出更高的要求。本研究从体育教师的角度出发,将现代教育理念的内涵应用于体育教师的综合素质培养中,从实施和推进高校体育素质的目的出发,对培养独立学院体育教师综合素质体系提出合理建议,探寻与现代教育理念相适应的独立学院体育教师综合素质体系,促进学校体育教学改革的进一步发展。

College education needs to cultivate the high quality,comprehensive development of interdisciplinary talents in the 21 st century,then must put forward higher request to university teachers ＇ comprehensive quality.This study analyzesfrom the perspective of physical education teachers,the connotation of modern education concept is applied to the comprehensive quality of the physical education teachers,starting from the purpose of implementing and advancing the university sports quality,developing comprehensive quality system of college PE teachersindependently and putting forward reasonable suggestions,exploring and adapting to the modern education concept system of independent college PE teachers＇ comprehensive quality,promoting the further development of the school sports teaching reform.
