高校领导职业素质与其体育经历的关联性分析——以江苏省普通高校正职领导为例

Association Analysis between College Leaders' Vocational Quality and Their Sports Experiences——Taking College Chief Leaders in Jiangsu as Examples

本文在应用文献分析、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法对江苏126所普通高校正职领导体育经历(体育锻炼兴趣、频率、时间、强度)进行研究分析的基础上,采用主成分分析法探索高校领导职业素质与其体育经历的关联性。研究表明无论是学业期还是职业期,高校领导参与体育锻炼的频率、时间、强度与其职业素质存在较明显的相关性,即体育经历对其成长为高校领导有着一定程度的贡献。

The paper explores the association between college leaders ＇ vocational quality and their sports experiences with the method of principal component analysis. It ison the basis of analyzing the sports experiences（ heads of interest in physical exercise,frequency,time and intensity） of chief leaders in 126 ordinarycolleges and universities in Jiangsu by trying literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview, application of mathematical statistics. Research shows that there is an obvious correlation between college leaders＇ vocational quality and the frequency,time and intensity of their physical exercises in not only academic period but also vocational period,that is,their sports experiences has a certain degree of contribution in their growing into college leaders.
