关于护生职业体能素质开发的调查与研究

The Investigation and Research on the Development of Students Nurses' Physical Quality

根据护理职业的特殊性及对在岗护士的调查显示,护士的体能呈逐渐下降的趋势,职业病发生普遍,健康状况不容乐观。本文对我院护理专业学生进行了体育锻炼及其习惯养成的调查问卷和相关分析,发现主客观影响因素均存在。因为只有清楚影响因素,才能有的放矢地采取对策,为护生以后更好的胜任护理工作打下坚实的体能基础。

According to the particularity of nursing career and to the survey of nurses fitness,which show a trend of gradual decline,occupational disease occurs generally,the physical condition is pessimistic. From the questionnaire and related analysis for physical exercise and the habit of our students,which found that the subjective and objective factors affecting are both exist. Because only clear the influencing factors,then can it be targeted to take countermeasures,and make the massy physical agility for student nursesqualified better in later.
