摘要
高校体质测试评价体系应该重视用测试数据进行终身体育意识的教育,重视用测试数据进行终身体育技能的教育,推动学生由被动训练转向主动锻炼。通过测试后的思想干预和技能干预的指导,达到终身体育教育的目的。
Physical Fitness Test Evaluation System of Colleges and Universities should pay attention to lifelong physical education consciousness with test data,attention to lifelong physical education skills with test data,to motivate students from passive to active training exercise. By thinking skills intervention and post- intervention test guidance,the purpose of lifelong physical education will be achieved.
