摘要
以西湖景区为案例地,依据层次分析法(AHP)原理,运用SPSS软件,选取旅游者、旅游资源、旅游媒介3个一级评价指标,基础设施及服务、拥挤敏感度、开发、环境、保护5个二级评价指标,19个三级指标,构建了拥挤指标体系并确定模糊综合评价模型的权重向量,对案例地的拥挤度进行模糊评价。结果表明:西湖景区旅游黄金周拥挤度评价综合结果为较高;子系统层中旅游媒介的综合评判值最大,西湖旅游资源较好;因素评价层中评判值由高到低依次是基础设施及服务、拥挤敏感度、开发、环境、保护;因子评价层中交通通达度、停车场占用率、住宿入住率的隶属度相对较高。
Taking the West Lake scenic area as a case, this article based on the principle of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the SPSS software, and selecting three first- order evaluation index which were tourists, tourism resources and tourism media, five second - order evaluation index which were infrastructure and services, crowded sensitivity, development, environment, protection, nineteen third - order evaluation index structured congestion index system and confirmed the weight vectors of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the crowded degree of the case by fuzzy. The results showed that the crowded degree evaluation result of the West Lake scenic area in the tour "golden week" was higher; fuzzy synthetic evaluation value of tourism media in sub- system layer was the largest; the evaluation values of factors evaluation layer from high to low in turn was infra- structure and services, sensitivity crowded, development, environment, protection. The degree of membership of transportation accessibility, parking occupancy rate and accommodation occupancy rate in evaluation layer of determiner were relatively high.
