土地影子价格在土地资源配置中的应用综述

LAND SHADOW PRICE'S APPLICATIONS IN THE ALLOCATION OF LAND RESOURCES SUMMARIZE

土地资源是人类赖以生存与发展的物质基础,而对土地资源配置的研究不仅直接关系到土地能否满足不断增长的食物需求,也关系着人类社会未来的可持续发展。土地影子价格是土地资源配置的一种方法,可得出不同于土地市场价格的优化价格。采用文献回顾法对影子价格、资源配置、土地影子价格的定义、应用、方法等方面进行总结分析,并对国内外目前的土地影子价格研究现状作了归纳,并得出目前在测算土地价格时,应因地制宜地建立指标体系并且充分考虑受益群体的建议。

Land resources are the material basis of human survival and development, and research on land re- sources allocation is not only directly related to whether the land can meet the growing demand of food, but also related to the future of human societyg sustainable development. Land shadow priceis a method of land resourcesal- location can be drawn is different from the market price, and can be seen as an optimization price. In this paper, literature review of the terms of shadow prices, allocation of resources, definition of shadow price of land, ap- plication methods were analyzed, and are summarized in the current study status of the shadow price of land and abroad. And draw upon current estimates of land prices, the index system should be adapted to local conditions and give full consideration to the recommendations of beneficiarygroups.
