N-溴乙酰基水杨酰肼的合成及抗炎活性 被引量:4

The synthesis and anti-inflammatory activity of N-bromoacetyl salicylhydrazide

摘要 为探讨酰肼类化合物的合成方法和抗炎活性,将水杨酰肼化合物中接入溴乙酰基,得到N-溴乙酰基水杨酰肼,使用~1HNMR,^(13)CNMR及IR对其进行结构表征,并应用爪掌肿胀法进行了生物体抗炎活性测试。结果表明:N-溴乙酰基水杨酰肼具有较好的抗炎活性,值得进一步研究探讨。 To investigate synthesis and anti-inflammatory activity of acylhydrazide compounds, Salicylic hydrazide was synthesized from methyl salicylate and hydrazide hydrate, at the same time bromoacetyl bromide was synthesized from acetic acid and bromide, then salicylic hydrazide and bromoacetyl bromide were mixed together to synthesize N bromoacetyl salicylhydrazide. And its structure was confirmed by 1 HNMR, 13 CNMR and IR. The anti-in- flammatory activity in vivo was test by palm paw swelling method. The results shows that N-bromoacetyl salieylhydrazide had anti inflammatory activity and was worthy of further research.
