杨房沟水电站施工供电工程EPC总承包实践

Practice of EPC mode in construction power supply project of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station

结合杨房沟水电站工程施工用电的特点,对采用EPC总承包模式建设水电站施工供电工程的业主项目管理特点进行了介绍,主要包括对监理的管理、对总承包项目部的管理、对对外协调工作的管理。围绕EPC总承包模式下工程建设管理的主要环节及风险进行了分析,提出了建设性的管控措施,如注重对优化设计的审批,考虑供电工程容性无功补偿问题等,可供同行借鉴和交流。

According to the characteristics of construction power demand of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station, we introduce the features of owner program management in hydropower station construction that adopted EPC mode to build the construction power supply system. The owner program management includes management of supervisors, management of program department of EPC, as well as management of coordination of external affairs. The major issues and risks of project construction and management under EPC mode are analyzed, and some constructive management and control measures are put forward, such as emphasizing the approval of design optimization, and considering capacitive reactive power compensation. The experiences can provide reference and discussion for other researchers.
