摘要
雅砻江杨房沟及卡拉水电站上铺子沟砂石加工系统采用湿法生产工艺,生产过程中需对各级骨料用水冲洗,耗水量大,废水浓度严重超标。结合该工程特点,采用了"机械预处理+辐流沉淀池+机械压滤脱水"工艺进行处理。介绍了工艺流程、所需主要设备及各处理车间的生产技术参数。工程实践表明,该废水处理工艺效果显著,污泥含水量及体积均有明显降低。
Shangpuzigou aggregate process system, located between Yangfanggou Hydropower Station and Kala Hydropower Station, use wet producing process. In the production process, the aggregates of all levels need to be washed, so the water consumption is large and waste water concentration seriously exceeds the standard. In the combination with the project characteristics, a new technique (including mechanical pretreatment, spider flow silting pool and mechanical pressure filtration dehydration) is adopted to treat the waste water. In this paper, the process procedure, main equipment and technical parameters of all processing workshops are introduced. Engineering practices show that the waste water treatment technique has a significant effect, both the water content in sludge and sludge volume can be decreased obviously compared with the similar system.
