为保证雅砻江杨房沟水电站低线混凝土拌和系统的连续运转,依据工程合同规定,结合混凝土拌和系统特点,制定了系统运行维护监理规程,明确了该系统运行维护监理的主要程序和关键点。着重对混凝土拌和系统主要原材料供应管理和混凝土生产质量管理等进行了详细论述。通过规范拌和系统施工过程管理和施工流程控制,为前期导流洞工程混凝土生产质量和供应强度提供了强有力的保证。

For guaranteeing continuous operation of lower elevation concrete production system of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station, a series of operation and maintenance supervision specifications were formulated according to the contract provisions and the characteristics of production system. Some major procedures and key points in the operation and maintenance supervision were made clear. The supply management of major raw material and quality management of concrete prOduction are presented in detail. The regulated management of construction process and procedure of the concrete production system created favorable conditions for concrete production quality control and timely supply in the construction of diversion tunnel project in earlier stage.
