复式楔形+中心孔掏槽在隧道掘进中的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决班界隧道爆破效果差、循环进尺小、无法满足工期要求的问题,在原复式楔形掏槽方式的基础上增加中心孔,形成"复式楔形+中心孔"的掏槽方式,同时适当增加炮孔深度。经现场试验表明,炮孔利用率由83%提高至90.5%,循环进尺由3.33m提高至4.26m,炸药单耗由0.983降至0.889,爆破破碎岩块块度较小且更均匀,爆破效果和经济效益良好。 In order to solve the problems of poor blasting effect of boundary tunnel, small footage driving cycle, and the trouble that it cannot meet the requirements of construction schedule, add center hole on the basis of original duplex wedge cutting method, forming a cutting method of "duplex wedge together with center hole" . Meanwhile, increase the blasthole depth properly. Through the site test, the utilization of blasthole is increased from 83% to 90.5%. the footage driving cycle is increased from 3.33m to 4.26m. The unit consumption is decreased from 0. 983 to 0. 889. The crushed rock size after blasting is smaller and more even. The blasting effect and economic benefit is good.
