麦默通旋切活检术切除乳腺隐匿性肿块的临床应用价值分析

Analysis of clinical application value of Mammotome spiral cutting biopsy in excision of non-palpable breast lesion

目的 探讨麦默通旋切活检术切除乳腺隐匿性肿块（NPBL）的临床应用价值。方法 选取2014年2月~2016年2月我院接诊的经多普勒超声仪诊断、发现有乳腺肿块的196例患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组（99例）和对照组（97例）。观察组采用麦默通旋切活检术,对照组采用传统方法。比较两组的手术时间、恢复时间、切口长度、术中出血量、NRS评分、患者满意度。结果 观察组的手术时长、恢复时间、瘢痕长度显著短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的满意度为88.9%,显著高于对照组的73.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的手术复发率为5.1%,显著低于对照组的15.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的血肿、皮肤瘀斑发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 采用麦默通旋切活检术切除NPBL较传统乳腺肿块切除术的手术损伤小、并发症少,患者满意度高。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of Mammotome spiral cutting biopsy in excision of non- palpable breast lesion （NPBL）.Methods 196 patients diagnosised with breast masses by Doppler ultrasonography from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group （100 cases） and the control group （96 cases） according to the different treatment methods.The observation group was given Mammotome spi- ral cutting biopsy excision,the control group was given the traditional method.The operation time,recovery time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss and the NRS score,patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The op- eration time,recovery time and sear length of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the NRS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.OS）.The degree of satisfaction in the observation group was 88.9%,which was higher than 73.2% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.1%,which was lower than 15.5% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈 0.05）.The incidence rate of hematoma,skin ecchymosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conduslon For NPBL patients,using Mammotome spiral cutting biopsy exci- sion is better than traditional operation in the aspect of satisfaction and complications.
