中西医结合治疗糖尿病合并眼底出血的临床效果

Clinical effects on combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating diabetes combined with fundus hemorrhage

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病合并眼底出血的临床效果。方法 选择2013年1月~2015年12月该院收治的200例糖尿病合并眼底出血患者作为研究对象,随机将其分成观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组患者采取中西医结合的治疗模式进行治疗,对照组患者采取单一的西医治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 两组患者治疗前中医症候积分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组患者治疗后中医症症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗前视力比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组患者治疗后视力明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者总有效率为84.0%,对照组为63.0%,观察组综合治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗糖尿病合并眼底出血能有效提高患者临床效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effects on combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating diabetes combined with fundus hemorrhage.Methods 200 diabetic combined with fundus hemorrhage patients from January 2013 to December 2015 of our hospital were selected as study object.Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group was 1130 cases.Patients in observation group were used combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and patients in control group were used simple Western medicine.The clinical effects of patients between two groups were compared.Results The traditional Chinese medicine symptom be- tween two groups before treatment had no statistical signifieance（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in observation group was obvious lower than that of control group,and the difference was sta tistieally signifieant（P〈0.05）.The vision between two groups before treatment had no statistical significance（P〉O.05）.After treatment,the vision in observation group was obvious better than that of control group,and the differenee was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in observation group was 84.0%,obvious better than that was 63.0% in con trol group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating diabetes combined with fundus hemorrhage can enhance the clinical effects effective and is worth to popularize.
