新生儿窒息复苏操作对专科医生基地学员培训的效果评价

Evaluation of effect of neonatal asphyxia resuscitation technique training for specialist training base students

目的 探讨专科医生培训基地学员新生儿窒息复苏规范化培训方法的必要性和有效性。方法 对2009年8月~2013年8月进入专科医生培训基地包括妇科、产科、新生儿科、儿科、麻醉科5个科室55名学员进行培训,按照原卫生部新生儿窒息复苏培训课的要求进行集中培训,培训后进行理论考试和综合模拟考试,并比较培训前后不同学科学员的理论考试成绩、考核合格率。结果 各个培训新基地的学员参加培训前后理论考试成绩比较,培训后考试平均成绩为（95.4±2.3）分,明显高于培训前的（60.1±1.7）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。所有学员总的考核合格率为87.3%,其中合格率最高的是新生儿科,为100.0%,最低的为麻醉科,为70.0%。结论 对专科医生基地成员进行新生儿窒息复苏操作培训是很有必要的,而且培训效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the necessity and effect of neonatal asphyxia resuscitation technique training for specialist training base students.Methods 55 students in specialist training base including gynecology,obstetrics, neonatology,pediatric,anesthesiology department from August 2009 to August 2013 were centrally trained in accordance with the former ministry of health of newborn asphyxia resuscitation training course requirements and had the theory test and comprehensive simulation test,the theory test result and the examination pass rate of the students in different department were compared before and after training.Results Training improved neonatal asphyxia resuscitation knowledge and skills of students, the total mean score before training was （60.1±1.7）,the total mean score after training was （95.4±2.3）, there was significant difference before and after training （P〈0.05）;after trainlng,general examination qualified rate was 87.3%, the highest qualified rate was 100% for the newborn Pediatrics Department, the lowest was 70% for anesthesiology department.Conclusion neonatal asphyxia resuscitation technique training for Specialist training base students is necessary and significantly effective.
