规范化护理对癌痛患者提高生活质量增强自我管理效能的作用

Standardized nursing to improve the quality of life in patients with pain enhance the effect of self management efficiency

目的 探讨规范化护理对癌痛患者提高生活质量增强自我管理效能的作用。方法 选取2015年2月~2016年3月我院肿瘤科收治的60例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者仅给予常规护理方案,观察组给予规范化癌痛护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果 护理干预前,两组患者NRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;护理干预后,两组中度、重度疼痛例数均有减少;干预后两组自我效能感评分及生存质量评分均有不同程度的提升,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 采用规范化癌痛护理干预可有效减轻躯体疼痛,提高患者整体生活质量。

Objective To explore the standardization of care to improve the quality of life in patients with pain and en- hance the effect of self management efficiency.Methods 60 patients from February 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object,according to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group respectively,30 cases in each group,the control group was given only routine nursing,the observation group was given standardized pain nursing intervention.The intervention effect of two groups was compared.Results Be- fore nursing intervention,NRS score of two groups patients had no statisticant differences （P〉0.05）;after nursing inter- vention,two groups of moderate and severe pain cases were failed,after the intervention,the self-efficacy score and qual- ity of life score of two groups were improved significantly.The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,with the singinificant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The standardized nursing intervention can effectively reduce the body pain,improve patients quality of life.
