摘要
在分析锂离子动力电池特性和现有充电方法的基础上,提出一种分阶段脉冲充电法。基于马斯定律,采用分阶段的脉冲电流给电池充电,使实际充电曲线更加贴近最佳充电曲线,在大幅提高充电速度的同时有效抑制极化反应和温升,提高电池寿命。最后,通过仿真试验验证了所提充电方法的有效性,以及将分阶段脉冲充电法应用于电动汽车充电领域的可行性。
Based on the analysis of the features of Li-ion power battery and the existing fast charging method, this article put forward the step pulse charging method. This method uses the step pulse current to charge the battery based on the Mas law, makes the actual charging curve more closely to the optimum charging curve. This method not only increases the speed of charge, but also restrains polarization reaction and the temperature rise, and improves the battery life. At last, the simulation experiment verifies the effectiveness of the proposed charging method and the feasibility of using step pulse charging method in the field of electric vehicle charging.
