自动导引车电池组充电机的硬件电路设计

摘要 针对自动导引车(AGV)领域使用的动力锂离子电池组通常为低压电池组,为满足特定的充电-工作时间比,必须设计大电流充电机的问题。基于钛酸锂电池的特性,采用DSPF28335控制芯片设计了一款低电压大电流的充电机。重点分析了其硬件电路的设计方法,搭建了充电机硬件电路,并对充电机基本功能进行了测试。 As low voltage batteries (lithium ion battery) are usually used in the field of AGV, in order to meet the specific charge-time ratio, a high current charger must be designed. Based on the characteristics of lithium titanate battery, a low voltage high current charger was designed by DSPF28335 control chip. The design method of the hardware circuit was analysed and the hardware circuit was set up. The basic function of the charger was tested.
