摘要 提出了一种电力系统地区电网协调性发展评价方法。首先建立地区电网协调性发展评价的两层指标体系,并结合专家意见及层次分析法构建两层指标属性权重;另外,基于相关性分析及模糊理论技术,分析指标发展协调性及地区发展差异性因子,从而修正第一层指标体系的评分值及权重,并得出了考虑差异性的地区电网协调发展评价。所提方法解决了地区发展不均下难以设定权重的问题,能够对相关地区提出更科学的政策建议,有根据地合理化发展智能电网,保障智能电网的健康协调发展。 A multiple attribute coordinate development evaluation model of regional power system was proposed. The double-deck evaluation index system of smart grid management was built, and the index weights were determined by expert advice and analytic hierarchy process. Based on the correlation analysis and the fuzzy theory, indicator coordinate impact factor and region discrepancy impact factor were calculated to modify the weights of indexes on the first deck, and the comprehensive evaluation of the multi-attribute coordination of the grid management was made. This paper provides a new method to determine the weight of index when the unbalance of regional economy development is non-negligible. It can find the weak link and the restraining factors timely and balance every aspects of the smart grid development, which has a great significance in guiding the plan, construction, operation and management of the smart grid correctly.
