Clinical Observation of Noninvasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Respiratory Failure

目的：研究无创呼吸机在临床治疗呼吸衰竭的效果。方法：随机选取2014年6年~2015年6月某院收治的30例呼吸衰竭的患者为研究对象,采用回顾性分析的方法对临床资料进行分析,比较治疗前后症状改善以及动脉血气变化情况。结果：所有患者在进行无创性机械通气后1~2h临床气急、紫绀等呼吸衰竭症状好转,pH值、PaO_2等升高。结论：采用无创呼吸机进行辅助呼吸能有效的升高患者体内的PaO2,有效改善患者呼吸衰竭的症状,并且还能有效避免创伤,操作简单,患者容易接受,无创呼吸机能快速的是呼吸衰竭患者通气流畅,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To analyze clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure. Methods： 30 cases of respiratory failure patients from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects. The method of retrospective analysis were adopted to analyze the clinical data, and compared symptoms improved and arterial blood gas changes before and after treatment. Results： After 1-2h noninvasive mechanical ventilation, respiratory failure symptom such as cyanosis and short of breath changed for the better.pH value, PaO2, etc of patients were improved. Conclusion： Noninva- sire ventilator can effectively raise the content of PaO2 in patients＂ bodies, improve the symptoms of patients with respiratory failure, and it also can effectively avoid trauma, with simple operation, and easy to be accepted by patients. Noninvasive ventilator can rapidly make patients with respiratory failure breathe smoothly, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
