两种用药方案在中重度颌面部间隙感染治疗中的价值探讨

Discussion on Value of Two Kinds of Drug Programs in the Treatment of Maxillofacial Space Infection

目的:对比两种用药方案在中重度颌面部间隙感染治疗中的应用价值。方法:随机抽取在某院就诊的43例中重度颌面部间隙感染患者,对照组20例患者接受青霉素+甲硝唑治疗,观察组23例患者接受奥硝唑+克林霉素治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率95.7%高于对照组总有效率60%;治愈时间较对照组缩短,P<0.05。结论:对中重度颌面部间隙感染患者采取奥硝唑+克林霉素治疗,效果显著。

Objective： To compare the application value of two kinds of drug programs in the treatment of moderate and severe maxillofacial space infections. Methods： 43 cases of severe maxillofacial space infection patients were randomly selected in a hospital. The control group of 20 patients received penicillin and metron- idazole treatment, the observation group of 23 patients were treated with Ornidazole＋ clindamycin. The effect of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.7%, higher than that of the control group 60%; the cure time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ornidazole and clindamycin has good effect on moderate and severe maxilloacial space infection patients.
