试论急性乳腺炎并乳房脓肿的手术治疗

Discussion on Surgical Treatment of Acute Mastitis and Mammary Abscess

目的：分析研究急性乳腺炎合并乳房脓肿采取临床手术治疗的应用价值。方法：选取2012年9月~2014年11月在某院接收的患有急性乳腺炎合并乳房脓肿的患者64例,随机分为实验组、对照组,对照组对患者采取手法与微波治疗,实验组对患者采取临床手术治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果给予对比分析。结果：临床治疗以后,实验组患者的临床治疗总体有效率显著优于对照组,其之间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对急性乳腺炎合并乳房脓肿一定对其病情相关变化给予密切观察,同时选择恰当的手术时机切开引流,可以使手术成功率明显提高,对患者病情以及预后起到良好的促进作用,使病人健康生活质量得到保障。

Objective： To analyze the application value o{ clinical surgical treatment of acute mastitis with breast abscess. Methods： 64 patients with breast abscess and acute mastitis treated in a hospital from Septem- ber 2012 to November 2014 were taken as research objects, who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group received technique and microwave treatment, the experimental group received clinical surgical treatment, then the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared and ana- lyzed. Results： After treatment, the clinical treatment overall effectiveness of experimental group patients was superior to that of the control group, the differences statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The acute mastitis with breast abscess must be related to the condition changes and given close observation. At the same time, right operation time incision drainageean obviously improve the success rate of surgery, which is good for patients＂ condition and prognosis and make patients＂ health life quality guaranteed.
