分析年轻恒牙窝沟龋运用预防性树脂充填治疗的临床疗效

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Preventive Resin Filling for Young Permanent Teeth Nest Fissure Caries

目的：通过客观分析年轻恒牙窝沟龋运用预防性树脂充填治疗的临床疗效,探讨可以提升年轻恒牙窝沟龋患者治疗效果的临床方法。方法：选取某院口腔科2013年1月~2015年9月接收的60例年轻恒牙窝沟龋患者,随机分为试验组（A组）和对照组（B组）,分别予以预防性树脂充填以及传统的树脂充填,客观比较两组入选患者临床效果。结果：上述入选患者中,A组入选患者充填体保留率93.33%,B组充填体保留率76.67%;A组入选患者有1例继发龋齿,B组入选患者有5例继发龋齿,两组对比有差距（P〈0.05）。结论：年轻恒牙窝沟龋运用预防性树脂充填治疗的临床疗效突出,可推广。

Objective： To analyze clinical effect of preventive resin filling for young permanent teeth nest fissure caries and thus explore clinical methods for improving clinical effect for young permanent teeth litter of fissure caries. Methods. 60 patients with young permanent teeth nest fissure caries treated from January 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into two groupS, （Group A experimental group and Group B control group）, who were treated with preventive resin filling and traditional resin filling respectively, and then the effect were compared. Results. Among the patients, retention rate of group A was 93.33%, group B 76.67%; 1 case with secondary caries in group A , 5 patients with secondary caries in group B, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical curative effect of using preventive resin filling treatment for young permanent teeth litter of fissure caries is outstanding and worthy of promotion.
