常熟地区农村急诊救治现状调查分析与对策

Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of Rural Emergency Treatment in Changshu

目的:了解常熟地区农村急诊救治情况,为农村急救医疗服务资源的合理配置、建设规范化急诊科提供科学依据。方法:现场走访常熟地区31所一级卫生院、对相关医务人员进行考核及培训等方式。结果:常熟地区31所乡镇卫生院中仅1所未设置急诊科,31所卫生院均配备了吸引器、氧气装置和抢救车,大部分卫生院配备24h急诊人员;CPR和除颤掌握程度考核均80分以上,但对常见危急重疾病的诊疗水平有待提高。结论:需引导高职高专医学生到乡镇卫生院就业,急救设备及药物配备都有待完善。加大对急诊科建设的资金投入,减少急救卫生资源的不平衡。

Objective. To understand the situation of emergency medical care in rural areas in Changshu, and provide scientific basis for the reasonable allocation of rural emergency medical service resources and the construction of standardized emergency department. Methods. 31 hospitals in Changshu area were investiga- ted, the relevant medical personnel for examination and training, etc. Results. Among 31 township hospitals in Changshu region, only one did not set up emergency department, and 31 hospitals were equipped with as- pirator, oxygen device and rescue vehicles, most hospitals equipped with 24 hours emergency personnel~ CPR and defibrillation master degree assessment were more than 80 points, but the common critical illness disease diagnosis and treatment level needs to be improved. Conclusion. It is necessary to guide the students to the township health hospital, and emergency equipment and medicine are needed to be improved. It needs to increase the capital investment in the construction of emergency department and reduce the imbalance of e- mergency medical resources.
