左氧氟沙星三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的效果分析

Analysis of the Effects of Levofloxacin Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

目的：观察含左氧氟沙星三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法：选取某院自2013年6月~2015年6月收治的100例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序编号,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组两组,每组50例。对照组采用含克拉霉素三联疗法,观察组则采用含左氧氟沙星三联疗法,比较两组治疗效果及安全性。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为98.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,两组治疗有效率对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组Hp根除率为92.0%,高于对照组的74.0%,两组Hp根除率对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率为8.0%,复发率为6.0%,对照组不良反应发生率为18.0%,复发率为20.0%,观察组不良反应发生率及溃疡复发率均低于对照组,但仅复发率对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在消化性溃疡患者的临床治疗中,采用含左氧氟沙星三联疗法,临床治疗有效率及Hp根除率较高,不良反应发生率低,溃疡复发率低,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of triple therapy with levofloxacin in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods： 100 cases of patients with peptic ulcer treated in a hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the study objects,who were randomly divided into the control group and the observa- tion group 50 cases in each group. The control group were treated by triple therapy with elarithromycin while the observation group were treated by triple therapy with levofloxacin. The therapeutic effect and safety were compared between the 2 groups. Results. In the observation group, the total effective rate （98.0%） was sig- nificantly higher than that in the control group （80.0%） （P〈0.05） ; the Hp eradication rate in the observa- tion group （92.0%） was higher than that in the control group （74.0%） （P〈0.05） ; the incidence rate of adverse reactions （8.0%） and the recurrence rate （6.00%） in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （18.0%, 20.0%） but only the difference in recurrence rate was statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of patients with peptic ulcer, to adopt triple therapy with levofloxaein has good clinical effect, with higher HP eradication rate , low incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of ulcers, which is worthy of promotion.
