依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Edaravone Ozagrel in Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

目的:观察依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的临床价值。方法:将某院80例缺血性脑卒中患者按照1∶1比例将患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取奥扎格雷治疗,观察组采取依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷。结果:观察组总临床治疗有效率、MESSS评分以及ADL评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗缺血性脑卒中患者应用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷,整体疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the edaravone Ozagrel clinical value in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods： 80 cases in a hospital patients with ischemic stroke in a 1 ： 1 ratio were divided into a control group and the observation group.The control group received ozagrel treatment and observation group received edar- avone ozagrel. Results.. The total efficiency , MESSS scores and ADL scores of clinical observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The overall effect of treating ischemic stroke patients with edaravone ozagrel is significant.
