异丙酚伍用不同剂量芬太尼用于人工流产手术的麻醉效果观察

Observation of Anesthetic Propofol Combined with Different Doses of Fentanyl for Abortion

目的:观察异丙酚配伍不同剂量芬太尼用于人工流产手术的麻醉效果。方法:选择90例行人工流产手术患者的临床资料。结果:3组MAP、HR、HR以及等比较无显著差异(P>0.05),A组麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、离院时间以及用药剂量等指标均优于B、C两组(P<0.05)。结论:对行人工流产术的患者实施异丙酚配伍小剂量芬太尼麻醉,可获得显著麻醉效果。

Objective： To investigate the compatibility of different doses of propofol fentanyl for artificial abortion. Methods： The clinical data of 90 patients undergoing routine abortion were analyzed. Results. MAP, HR, HR and so on of the three groups were of no significant difference （P〈0.05） ; anesthesia induc- tion time, recovery time, time away from the hospital and the dosage and other indicators of group A were better than those of group B, C （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Small doses of fentanyl anesthesia Propofol for pa- tients with artificial abortion can achieve significant anesthetic effect.
