摘要 目的:探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合液氮冷冻治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:60例肛周尖锐湿疣患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,观察组在此基础上加用液氮冷冻治疗。结果:观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.027)。结论:5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合液氮冷冻治疗肛周尖锐湿疣能明显提高疗效,并有效预防尖锐湿疣复发。 Objective:To study clinical effect of the 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy combined liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for perianal eondyloma acuminiata. Methods: 60 cases patients with perianal con- dyloma acuminata were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups were treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy, on the basis, the observation group added in liquid nitro- gen cryotherapy. Results. The cure rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of controlgroup, and the recurrence rate was slgnltlcantly tower that of control group (P〈0.027). Conclusion: 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy combined liquid nitrogen in the treatment of perianal condylomaacuminata can significantly improve the efficacy, and prevent the recurrence of perianal condyloma acuminata.
