分析低场磁共振在膝关节应力性骨折诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究低场MRI在膝关节应力性骨折诊断中的应用。方法:选取2013年7月~2015年11月期间来某院就诊的膝关节应力性骨折患者64例作为研究对象,依据就诊顺序划分为例数相同的两组,参照组以及实验组,分别给予X线、低场MRI检查,对比两组的诊断效果。结果:实验组的诊断准确率93.75%(30/32),明显高于参照组78.12%(25/32)(P〈0.05);实验组显示的骨髓水肿例数为32(100.00%),明显多于参照组0(0.00%)(P〈0.05)。结论:将低场MRI应用于该种骨折诊断过程中,具有较高的准确性,并且可清晰观察骨折线以及骨髓水肿情况,可将其视为应力性骨折的有效诊断措施。 Objective: To explore the application of low field MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint stress fractures. Methods: From July 2013 to November 2015, 64 patients with knee joint stress knee joint fracture were taken as the research object, who were divided into the two groups(control group and experimental group) on the basis of medical order, who respectively received X-ray and low field MRI. Then diagnosis effect was compared. Results: The diagnostic accuracy rate of the experimental group was 93.75% (30/32), significantly higher than that of the control group 78.12% (25/32) (P〈0.05); the experimental group showed bone marrow edema for 32 cases (100.00~), significantly more than the control group 0 (0.00%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Low field MRI applied to fracture during the process of diagnosis have high accura- cy, and can observe clearly fracture line and bone marrow edema, which can be regarded as effective diagnos- tic measures of stress fractures.
