系统护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎患者的影响探讨

Study of the Effect of Systemic Treatments in the Nursing of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:分析系统护理干预对溃疡型结肠炎(UC)患者的临床影响。方法:按照入院顺序奇偶法将某院30例UC住院患者分为对照组和观察组,各15例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受系统护理干预,对比两组患者止泻时间、住院时间、情绪变化情况、用药依从性及复发率。结果:观察组的临床疗效、抑郁焦虑情绪改善程度、用药依从度、预后复发率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:系统化护理干预对缓解UC患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者依从性,促进患者康复,减低复发率均有重要意义。

Objective： To analyze the effect of systemic treatments in the nursing of ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods： 30 cases of patients with UC were randomly divided into two groups,and their Antidiarrheal time, hospital stay, mood changes, medication compliance and relapse rate were compared. Results. Clinical efficacy of 15 cases with UC system intervention, depression and anxiety sentiment improved medication ad- herence degree, the prognosis of recurrence were significantly better than that treated usual care （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Systematic nursing intervention has significance of relieving the anxiety and depression of UC pa- tients, which can improve the patients＇ compliance, promote recovery and reduce recurrence rate.
