膳食营养调整在一例代谢综合征伴骨质疏松症患者的应用

摘要 代谢综合征以糖尿病或糖耐量受损、血脂异常、血压高、中心性肥胖为表现,以胰岛素抵抗为共同病理基础,以多种代谢性疾病集结为特点的一组严重影响人类的症候群。我国健康与营养调查结果显示,代谢综合征在老人、女性、城市居民以中心性肥胖者多发,其发生与生活方式密切相关,合理膳食营养是防治代谢综合征的基础[1,2]。骨质疏松症也是老年女性常见的退行性骨疾病,
