在总结收入分配思想史的基础上,提出了一个收入分配分析框架:第一步,起点分析,整个社会经济系统中的制度、技术和结构等是形成收入差距的间接原因;第二步,过程分析,资本和劳动等生产要素分别按照其对生产的贡献获得了财产收入和劳动收入,这是形成收入差距的直接原因;第三步,结果分析,各个家庭总收入的相对分布形成了一个经济体的整体收入差距,可以分解为自然性收入差距、制度性收入差距、结构性收入差距和其它收入差距。一个经济体应通过公平的制度建设尽量消除制度性收入差距和结构性收入差距,使收入差距主要由自然性收入差距形成,基本服从正态分布且具有完全流动性。

An economi institutional income inequality, structural c entity should try its best to eliminate institutional income inequality and structural income inequality through fair institution improvement, and let the income inequality mainly engendered by natural income inequality, it will almost be a normal distribution having complete liquidity.
