摘要
随着人们物质生活水平的不断提高,近年来我国食用植物油消费量持续增加,为此当下稳定食用油供给,确保供需平衡显得尤为重要。对1995—2015年主要植物油料产量、播种面积、种植结构、单产水平、植物油料与植物油进口量及各种油料所占比例等进行了总结分析,并对我国植物油料及食用油的发展趋势及对策进行了阐述,以期为植物油料及植物油的进一步开发利用提供借鉴。
With the continuous improvement of people＇s living standards, the domestic consumption of edi- ble vegetable oils continues to increase in recent years. So, steadying the edible oil supply and ensuring the balance of supply and demand are very important. The yield, planting area, planting structure, unit yield of the main oil plants, the import volume of the oil plants and vegetable oils and the proportion of various kinds of oil plants in 1995--2015 were countermeasures of domestic oil plants and edible ther development and utilization of oil plants and summarized and analyzed. The development trend and oils were expounded so as to provide references for fur- vegetable oils.
