摘要
微藻油脂为全细胞提取脂溶性物质,通常包含大量光合色素。高含量的色素影响微藻油脂的分析及转酯化制备的生物柴油品质。基于石墨化碳材料特殊的微观表面六边形结构对具有环状共轭平面结构的色素强烈的吸附作用,利用石墨化碳柱对微藻油脂样品及微藻生物柴油粗品进行色素脱除处理。结果表明:对于4种微藻油脂样品的脱色处理,叶绿素及类胡萝卜素脱除率均可达到96%和93%以上;而对于色素含量高达30%的微藻生物柴油粗品,在色素脱除率约为60%时,石墨化碳可吸附色素质量达填料的76%;石墨化碳处理的高色素含量生物柴油的量为活性炭的5倍;石墨化碳脱色前后微藻油脂及微藻生物柴油组成未发生改变。石墨化碳的高色素吸附能力非常适于高色素含量的微藻油脂及微藻生物柴油的脱色。
Microalgal oil is a kind of lipid soluble component extracted from whole cell, which usually contains a large amount of photosynthetic pigments. The high pigment content affects the lipid analysis and the quality of biodiesel produced from microalgal. Based on the strong adsorption of the graphitic carbon which had microcosmic surface hexagonal structure on pigments with cyclic conjugated planar structure, microalgal oil and microalgal biodiesel were bleached by graphitic carbon column. The results showed that the removal rates of chlorophylls and carotenoids reached above 96% and 93% respectively for four oil samples extracted from microalgae. When the removal rate of pigment was about 60%, the pigment mass adsorbed by graphitic carbon reached 76% of the filler for crude microalgae biodiesel product with pigment content more than 30%. The amount of biodiesel with high pigment content treated by graphitic carbon was five times of that treated by activated carbon. After bleaching, the composition of microalgal oil and microalgae biodiesel did not change. The graphitic carbon had high pigment adsorption capacity and it was suitable for the bleaching of microalgal oil and microalgae biodiesel with high pigment content.
