摘要
2014年至2016年大规模暴发的西非埃博拉病毒（EBOV）感染，超过11000例患者死于埃博拉病毒病（EVD），目前尚无有效的预防和治疗EVD的方法。感染者大多年龄〈45岁，男女比例相当。消化系统临床症状是EBOV最早、最常见的临床表现，通过消化系统症状来识别EBOV感染，并进行早期处理，可提高EBOV感染者的生存率，改善预后，故本文对EBOV感染的消化系统临床表现作一综述。
