New Space of Urban Development and Its Practical Drive: Observation of Suburban Industrial Area

空间组织结构优化促进空间效率提升。产城关联模式是空间经济活动的微观组织基础。改革开放以来,远郊工业区推动了城市空间结构的不断优化,是形成"边缘城市"的潜在新空间。然而,近年来的刚性空间组织结构安排,远郊工业区内部生产功能的空间垄断导致的"功能残缺",破坏了边缘城市形成机理,制约了空间集聚创新效应的发挥,进而成为影响园区可持续发展的重要问题。因此,应把产城融合作为推进远郊工业区空间组织结构柔性化的总体方向,进行园区存量空间治理,实现工业区内部功能的空间整合重组,使其更好地适应快速城镇化发展的空间组织结构需要。

The optimization of spatial organization structure promotes efficiency, and city-production correlation patterns function as the microstructure foundation of spatial economics. Since the implementation of the reform and open-up policy, suburban industrial park, which is the potential new space of ＂fringe city＂, has been promoting the optimization of urban spatial structure. However, in recent years, the ＂functional defect＂ problem has appeared within Suburban Industrial Park because of the rigid spatial organizational structure arrangement of ＂one dominant unit＂ as the spatial monopoly of production function, which furthermore, undermines the formation mechanism of the marginal cities, and finally restricts the exertion of the spatial agglomeration innovation effect, and then becomes the important problem that harms the park sustainable development. Therefore, the integration of urban-industry may act as the overall direction by enhancing the organizational structure flexibility and strengthening the governance of the stock space in the parks to achieve the integration and reorganization of spatial function in the industrial area, and to satisfy the spatial organization structure requirement in the rapid urbanization.
