高等教育“学术漂移”现象的动因探析——基于社会学制度主义的视角 被引量:28

The Motivation Analysis of “Academic drift” in Higher Education——Based on the Perspective of Sociological Institutionalism

摘要 近年来,"学术漂移"在世界高等教育领域内的盛行,引起了学者和高等教育管理者的关注。从社会学制度主义的视角来看,政府的政策导向、社会文化期待和高等教育机构的目标定位,高等教育机构属性中的不确定性,以及教师群体不断提高的职业化与专业化共同推动了"学术漂移"的萌发与泛滥。与此同时,高校组织域内"偏重研究"制度逻辑的存在及其异常稳定的特性,导致遏制"学术漂移"的政策措施几近失效,这也注定了治理"学术漂移"是一项长期而又艰巨的任务。 Recently, the prevalence of academic drift all over the world arouse great con- cern from the scholars and higher education administrators. From the perspective of socio-logical institutionalism, the guidance of the government's policies, social and cultural expec- tation, the target of institutions of higher education, uncertainty of the attributes of the col- leges and universities, and the professionalization and specialization of teacher's group which have been continuously improved jointly promoted germination and prevalence of academic drift. At the same time, due to the existence of "focus on research" institutional logic and its stable characteristic, the policy measures aimed at curbing academic drift had almost all failed. This situation has predetermined that preventing and governing academic drift is a long-term and pressing task.
