On Changing the Talent Training Mode in the Newly-built Colleges during the Transformation Period

人才培养既是大学的基本功能和根本任务,也是高校内涵建设的核心内容。转型期新建本科院校发展的关键在于优化人才培养模式。其人才培养模式变革的内容包括确立基于综合职业能力的人才培养目标、实施基于学习领域的课程开发、推行以项目教学法为导向的实践教学、建设产学研一体化的专业师资队伍、建构以人才培养为中心的质量保障体系等方面。

Talent training is not only the basic function and essential task, but also the core content of the connotation construction for colleges. During the transformation period, the key of developing the newly-built colleges lies in changing the talent training mode. The effective way for the talent training mode reform includes the following basic aspects, such as determining the talent training goal based on comprehensive vocational ability, implementing the learning-field-based professional curriculum development, carrying out the ability-o- riented practice teaching, training production-teaching-research combination professional teaching, constructing the quality assurance system, and so on.
