摘要
美国教学心理学界基于社会认知理论、转化学习理论、意向转变理论和变革型领导理论整合主流课堂教学方式,提出了课堂教学新架构——转化教学。转化教学关注课程内容的个人意义转化,聚焦学习相关的态度、价值、信念、技能和关键课程概念,包含一系列指导性基本原则和教学策略。教育学者转化教学哲学的思考进一步推进了这一课堂教学改革趋势,为我国课程与教学改革的深化提供了有益启示。
American teaching psychologists proposed a broad framework lor classroom teaching known as transformational teaching, which was rooted in social cognitive theory, transformative learning theory, intentional change theory and transformational leadership. It involved a series of basic principles and instructional strategies that paid close attention to transformation from course content to person's life meaning, and focus on increasing students' mastery of key course concepts while transforming their learning-related attitudes, values, beliefs and skills. Education scholars' reflections on the transformational teaching philosophy have been further promoting this tendency of classroom teaching reform, which provides helpful enlightenment for deepening our country's reform of course and teaching.
