校本教研中的创新人才培养策略研究——以树人学校少科院为例 被引量:1

摘要 培养创新人才既需要大学,也需要中小学共同参与。树人学校少科院创新人才培养教研策略分为课内外两类课程的平衡、少科院育人平台的打造、金字塔人才模型的建构。两类课程的平衡为创新人才夯实根基;将少科院作为育人平台打造为创新人才的培养找到了着力点;人才结构金字塔模型的建构为创新人才的培育找准了方向。
