组织视角下城市社区建设居民参与状况分析——以广东汕头市D社区为个案

On the Residents' Participation in the Construction of Urban Community in the Organization Perspective——A Case Study of D Community in Shantou

城市社区建设离不开社区居民的参与。目前我国城市社区居民参与的总体水平偏低,如何提高居民参与水平,成为社区建设的一道难题。从组织视角剖析社区居委会在居民参与中的作用,研究其如何影响居民参与水平,优化居民参与的组织平台具有重要的现实意义。

The urban community construction needs the participation of community residents. The overall level of community residents' participation is low in our country at present. How to improve the level of residents' participation has become a problem in community construction. Therefore it is of practical significance to analyze the role of the resident committees in their participation from the organization perspective, and to optimize the organizational platform of residents' participation.
