摘要
单电感双输出(SIDO)Buck变换器控制方法很多,不同的控制方法有各自的优缺点。在SIDO Buck变换器的控制方法的选择中,两路输出电压的纹波和交叉影响是两个最重要的参考因素。针对以上两点,本文对现有的SIDO Buck变换器的控制方法进行较为系统的阐述,主要包括连续导电模式下的电压控制方法以及断续导电模式下的分时复用控制方法的仿真对比分析。仿真结果对深入了解单电感双输出Buck变换器的控制方法以及控制方法的选择上具有重要意义。
Single Inductor Dual Output (SIDO) Buck converter has many control methods, different control methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. In the selection control method of SIDO Buck convert- er, the ripple and cross-regulation of two output voltages are the two most important considerations. In view of the above two points, this paper conducted a systematic exposition for the existing control methods of SIDO Buck converter. Including comparative analysis simulation of voltage control method in the continuous con- duction mode, and time-multiplexing scheme controlled in the discontinuous conduction mode . The simula- tion results have important implications for understanding the selection control method of single inductor dual output buck converter
