LB-2型离心泵用电动机结构的改进设计

摘要 针对LB-2型离心泵存在的在额定工况下功率超高原因分析,提出在电动机支撑轴承轴向增加波形弹簧,并通过设定波形弹簧预紧力的方法解决了电动机轴向窜动量过大引起离心泵功率超高的问题。改进后现场试用效果良好,解决了离心泵在额定工况下功率超高、压力不稳的问题,为离心泵用电动机轴向窜动量的设计提供了一种通用的、定量的新方法。 Analysis on the problem of the high power of LB-2 type centrifugal pump under the rated condi- tion, put forward that the wave spring was added in the axial direction of the motor support bearing, and the problem of the high power of the centrifugal pump was solved by setting the pre tightening force of the wave spring. After the improvement, the trial effect is good, solves the problem of pressure unstable, high power under rated condition of centrifugal pump, a general and quantitative new design method was proposed for the motor of centrifugal pump with axial runout.
