摘要 以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CKD)为主剂,氟碳型特种表面活性剂FC-03为稳定剂,确定SDS、CKD、FC-03最佳配比为3:1:0.24,研制出一种独特的抗油、抗盐、抗乙二醇复配泡排剂SCF-1,与现场常用泡排剂UT-11C、UT-10B进行对比。实验表明:复配泡排剂SCF-1不仅具有优异的抗凝析油能力,在高矿化度、高乙二醇的情况下仍能保持高效。 Taking sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS), cocamidopropyl betaine(CKD) as the main agents, fluorocarbon type special surface active agent FC-03 as stabilizer, by the ratio of SDS: CKD:FC-03 =3:1:0.24, a unique anti-oil, anti-salt, anti-ethylene glycol compound foam discharging agent SCF-1 was developed, and it was compared with common foam drainage agents UT-11 C and UT-10 B.The experimental results show that SCF-1 has excellent capability of anti-coagulation and oil separation, and it can keep high efficiency in the condition of high salinity and ethylene glycoll.
