摘要 超基性岩类矿物具有比较复杂的元素组成,x荧光光谱分析方法有粉末法和熔融法,粉末法虽简单快捷,但精度不高,考虑到颗粒度效应和矿物效应,采用高温溶解超基性岩石制成玻璃熔片,然后利用X射线荧光光谱仪直接测定超基性岩中Al、Fe、Na、K、Si、Mg、Ca、Cr、Ni、Co、V 11种元素。此方法精密度、准确度高,测试数据准确,应用范围广,适用于超基性岩石中各主要矿物的分析。 The ultrabasic rock mineral has more complex elemental composition. X ray fluorescence spectrometric analysis method includes the powder method and the melting method. The powder method is simple and quick, but its precision is not high. In this paper, taking into account the effect of particle size and mineralogical effect, ultra basic rocks were dissolved under high temperature to prepare glass melting, and Al,Fe, Na, K, Si, Mg, CA, Cr, Ni, Co, V 11 kinds of elements in the ultra basic rocks were directly determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The method has high precision and accuracy, its application scope is wide, and is applicable to analysis of main minerals in the ultra basic rocks.
