汽车油封橡胶材料的研究进展

Research Progress of Auto Oil Seal Rubber Materials

橡胶密封制品是汽车用橡胶制品不可缺少的重要组成部分,对汽车行驶的舒适性、安全性起到重要的作用。介绍了几种主要的汽车油封橡胶材料与性能以及研究进展,包括丁腈橡胶(NBR)、丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)、氟橡胶(FKM)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、氟硅橡胶(MFQ)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)。

Rubber seal products are indispensable important component of automobile rubber products, they play an important role in the comfortability and security of driving. In this article, several major auto oil seal rubber materials and their performance were introduced, including nitrile rubber（NBR）, acrylate rubber（ACM）, fluoro rubber（FKM）, hydrogenated nitrile rubber（HNBR）, fluorine silicone rubber（MFQ） and polytetrafluoroethylene（PTFE）.
