摘要 乳果糖(Lactulose)是一种新型功能性寡糖。由于其难以被人体消化,使得乳果糖在食品及药学领域有着广泛的应用,可被用来治疗便秘、调节肠道菌群等,具有极大的市场前景及应用价值。总结了乳果糖的化学及生物合成方法,综述了乳果糖在医学、食品中的用途,并对乳果糖的市场前景做了展望。 Lactose is a novel functional oligosaccharide. As a non-digestive saccharide, lactulose has been used as drug or food addictives to deal with constipation and intestinal dysbacteriosis, showing great market prospect. In this paper, chemical synthesis and biosynthesis of lactulose were introduced. Moreover, application of lactulose as food addictives and drug were discussed.
